about
Yo, you ever been to a Chuck E. Cheese and the Time Crisis machine is broken so you go "Okay, bummer. Whatever I'll just go play something else" and then you go to play a game of ski ball but then right as you start your mom says its time to go and you're like "Wait, really?" And she's like "Yes, really." But she says it in a condescending tone and you're already pissed about the Time Crisis machine so you snap at her and she gets mad. And then she makes you leave and it's really awkward on the car ride home and you realize you a mistake but you're too afraid to say anything so you just leave it and take a nap in the car.
lyrics
I woke up
I've been thinking ‘bout
The last time
That I saw you
Crying
And I'm still
The same guy you remember
And you know that
I'm never growing up
Shut up
I don't wanna hear anymore
of your
Lame Excuses
It's too bad
That you held on to my number
But if you call
I'm never picking up
I'm so scared
That the next time
That you see me
I won't be me
It's not fair
That the memories
You have of our time
Are on the sideline
I can't
Seem to figure out my life
Now that I'm
So much older
It's too late
All this feels like
Just a nightmare
And I know
I'm never waking up
It's fine
I'm just rolling with the punches
Until I get
Better
Good bye
It was nice to know you
While I
Knew you
I hope your life alright
I'm so scared
That the next time
That you see me
I won't be me
It's not fair
That the memories
You have of our time
Are on the sideline
